Superb Views of Sea & Mountains
Overlooking a tidal estuary with mountains beyond, the Wild Atlantic farmhouse retains many of its original features and is furnished in a traditional style. The house was built in nineteenth century, which means it may not be suitable for all.
Suitable for an old fashioned seaside holiday, with a short walk (1km), down a narrow scenic country lane, to the nearest beach. Buckets, spades, shrimping nets, skim boards and body boards all available for guests' use, along with picnic baskets, beach rugs and volcano kettle.
A Family Owned Holiday House
The owners of Wild Atlantic House, first stayed here in the 1960s. It quickly became a much loved holiday house and it continues to be the home of their innumerable and legendary holidays, both summer and winter.
Wild Atlantic Way & Dingle Way
The house is located close to the Wild Atlantic Way and it is directly on the Dingle Way walking route, which traverses the lower ranges of Mt. Brandon, one of the highest mountains in Ireland, 952 m (3123 ft). To climb the mountain, walk out the gate and up the lane to the end of the road.
